## What is SoloDeath?

SoloDeath turns your daily workout into a game with real stakes.
Every day you get ONE quest: push-ups, sit-ups, squats, and a run, scaled to your rank.
Complete it to earn XP, gold, and a loot chest. Miss it, and you lose a life.
Run out of lives and it's game over.
No excuses. No "tomorrow."

THE LOOP
• One daily quest, finish it before the day ends
• Build a streak; the longer it runs, the better your loot
• Earn XP and climb the ranks: E → D → C → B → A → S
• Open loot chests for gear that boosts your gold
• Compete on Country, Region, and Global leaderboards

STAY ACCOUNTABLE
• A life system that punishes skipped days
• Streak Freezes and Relax Mode if life gets in the way
• Optional Apple Health verification for your runs

Gear drops only from completing workouts, never purchased, so the leaderboards stay honest.
