Hello, could you please clarify whether the upside-down issue occurs when you upload a vertical video and it displays as horizontal? Our current version only supports horizontal videos, and support for vertical videos is currently under development. If your issue is different from this, please send screenshots or footage showing the problem to the support email address accessible via the top-right corner on the app homepage, and I will investigate this matter for you. こんにちは。上下が反転するという現象につきまして、縦動画をアップロードした際に横画面として表示されてしまうということでしょうか。現在のバージョンは横動画のみ対応しており、縦動画への対応は開発中となります。 もし上記と異なる事象である場合は、不具合が確認できるスクリーンショットまたは動画をアプリホーム画面右上の「support」メールアドレスまでお送りください。調査させていただきます。
