Solomon WaterCare is the official mobile application for Solomon Water customers, designed to make water service updates, fault reporting, and customer support easier than ever. Whether you want to check planned or unplanned water outages, report a burst pipe, submit meter issues, or stay informed about service interruptions, the Solomon WaterCare app gives you fast and reliable access right from your device.

Stay connected with real-time service information and a built-in Message Centre that provides updates on outages and important announcements (push notifications for iOS coming soon).
