Downloaded this app because apparently my travel documents will appear on it .
It doesn’t recognise my booking reference so now will have to ring the company.

This a handy little app from Solos, a top tip is that your User ID is Solos.. this confused me but was clear when explained 😊 lovely to have all my documents in one place.
