For some reason my stats for serves don’t match on the swipe up stats like on the button page the stats for serving are correct But when I click on the player stats tab the number of serve attempts are just wrong. Very responsive support. Various options for subscriptions, and a good value. Exports to MaxPreps easily. I wish it would allow reordering of players rather than keeping them in the order added to the team, and I wish some of the setup was a little more flexible (I have to have a tournament entry even when it is not a tournament, for example) but that is minor. One issue that I recently encountered is the constant pop up advertisements that I keep having to close which takes away actual time in doing stats. I understand the use of pop up advertisements when the apps are used for free but for a paying customer like myself that addition is not a benefit to me and probably from other customers point of view as well. Please fix your advertisement policy for already paying customers. **Developer response:** Hi Coach, can you take a screenshot of this? We don't have any ads running in this app - free or paid. This year, I had a few issues with my renewal, some were my fault, and the customer support provided by Kyle was awesome. He worked through all my issues in a timely manner. Thank you. I will definitely share my experiences other coaches! ### 4/5 — Great app but not really free *2016-03-01, version 3.1.2* I had to mark it as 4 instead of 5 stars simply because this is a bait and switch. They claim it is a free app, but beyond the 7 day trial period, the app refuses to work any longer until you pay them minimum $30 (yearly) for "Pro" features. App works great functionally, but the programmers shouldn't show it as free in the App Store unless it is 100% free. ### 5/5 — Our 1 pick for taking vball stats *2016-01-03* Our favorite app for taking stats is SoloStats123. Highly recommended for new users because you can take stats without having to track rotations. If your statistician gets lost in a rotation, they don’t have to find out where they messed up to keep tracking important stats for individual girls. If you've ever tried to use some of the other stat programs that keep girls in particular places on the court as you take stats, you know what a difficult experience that can be. This program is also excellent for veteran users as well because of it’s excellent rotation tracking abilities and powerful analysis tools. I also use the Rotate123 program that is accessible through the bundle option they have on their web site. It offers great visual representations of the rotations and hitting options that the players and coaches can use to understand locations and plays. ### 5/5 — Coach *2015-12-01, version 3.1.2* Highly recommended app to use to present data to players and look for deficiencies in certain rotations. Could be such a great app. ### 1/5 — Trash App *2024-09-18* The app itself is very mid and basic. I tried to contact someone and cancel my subscription but they do not respond and I have to jump through a bunch of hoops just to cancel a 7.99 monthly subscription. You can’t cancel with them, but have to do so through PayPal and even then PayPal doesn’t show the app as a recurring subscription. There is no support team and all of their support pages are filled with “404 page not found”.
