## What is soloSupport?

A native iOS app for independent IT consultants and managed service providers. soloSupport combines support ticket management, client & employee tracking, time billing, PDF invoice generation, and real-time Azure cloud monitoring — all in one streamlined app with a privacy-first split-storage architecture.

soloSupport Premium is an auto-renewable subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscription in your Apple ID Account Settings after purchase.
