## What is SoloUno?

SoloUno helps you take back control over hair pulling, skin picking, nail biting, and other BFRBs (body-focused repetitive behaviors) - one small win at a time.

Whether you're dealing with trichotillomania (hair pulling), dermatillomania (skin picking), nail biting, lip picking, or other habits and behaviors you're working to change, SoloUno gives you a private, judgment-free space to build awareness and make lasting change.

During sign-up, you don't have to disclose which specific habit you're working on - it can stay completely private.

Inspired by behavior-change principles:
