I’ve shared it with many friends. I think the grounded and centered feeling it promotes is in part because not only the tones soothing and calming, but also they never increase in volume, never have a “beat” to them. Besides listening to them with intention, I have found these tones to be a lovely background sound to have on when with a friend who is sharing something deep or personal.
