## What is Solvarg?

Premium subscription required. Daily summaries from Premium tools are available to all users on the Solvarg screen. Solvarg is a precision solar planning app built for understanding light, shadow, direction, and usable sun exposure in a clean visual workspace.

Plan your day around the sun with practical tools for homes, gardens, photography, outdoor sessions, and solar-facing decisions. Solvarg helps you read the position of the sun, estimate shadow behavior, compare daylight conditions, and understand how sunlight changes across time, place, and season.

Use Solvarg to calculate sun elevation, sun azimuth, shadow direction, shadow ratio, and solar state for any selected date and time. You can work with your current location or enter manual coordinates when you need controlled planning for another place.

Solvarg also supports advanced planning workflows such as golden hour timing, blue hour awareness, saved solar places, local solar alerts, object height estimation from shadows, monthly solar calendars, and panel-facing guidance. For users who prefer manual precision, compass-free bearing inputs make it easier to plan when device sensors are not ideal.

Solvarg is designed as a planning and estimation tool. It helps you make informed light and shadow decisions, but it is not a professional engineering, construction, safety, or certified solar installation service.

Solvarg Premium is required to unlock the professional solar features. Premium is available as a yearly auto-renewable subscription, with purchase, renewal, restoration, and cancellation managed through the App Store.
