I liked the old app better. It was much easier to navigate. ### 1/5 — Frustrating. *2026-04-14* Ever since this app was “updated” (which means everyone lost total and complete access to their account balances for several days) it has been far less user friendly and helpful. It is down so often sometimes I drive to the atm to get a balance because I know it could be several hours before it’s up.
