The app forgets you all the time so you have to remember your password. On top of that it turns off features all the time that you have to manually turn on. I can’t tel you how many times I had to set up Face ID or instant balance. It’s gotten to the point that I don’t even care how much I have in my bank because I hate checking the balance so much with this app. Why reinvent the wheel? You’re not chase or keybank. Just do what the others are doing and you’ll have a good app. It’s not rocket science ### 1/5 — Poor quality *2020-04-13* It won’t let me sign on through the app or web browser on my phone. I liked the old app better. It is down so often sometimes I drive to the atm to get a balance because I know it could be several hours before it’s up. It’s sluggish. Sometimes it works sometimes it just spins. For bill pay why do you have to scroll up to enter your payment amount? Make it simple to TURN OFF SAVE ID. THE ONLY WAY TO TURN IT OFF IS TO DELETE THE APP. You have to remember to turn it OFF every time you use the App. The most annoying and frustrating is that once you sign in with Save ID ON, it automatically saves it to ON. Even if you slide it to OFF before entering your password it’s still saved to ON the next time you access the app. The only way you can successfully turn it OFF is to delete the App!
