I’ve noticed my reports on trash and graffiti in my neighborhood get addressed/cleaned up significantly faster than when I was using the city’s 311 app. Be a good neighbor in San Fransisco and use this app! ### 5/5 — So good *2026-08-05* I hated the 311 app and they would often close my tickets without trying to solve them.
