However in the last couple of weeks it’s only usable if I delete the app and re-install it. After the app is closed it crashes every time I try open it, that is until I delete and re-install. This needs some sort of a bug fix. ### 2/5 — Turns off quite frequently *2024-06-08* We’ve had this product for about three years and the problem of the microphone frequently turning itself off, sometimes in mid-word, has never been resolved. It’s maddening. ### 3/5 — Lock Screen & repeatedly disconnects *2024-04-07* I really like this microphone better than all my dictation options, when it works. I’d like the developers to consider having a Lock Screen override. When my phone automatically locks, it stops recording. And reconnecting is a real problem. I spend so much time reconnecting, multiple times per day, which is super frustrating when this is supposed to save me time. I end up typing my notes often bcs it won’t stay connected. If I delete the app & reinstall in helps but this is all too time consuming. ### 2/5 — This would be great if it could integrate AirPods or headphones with microphones *2024-01-26* This is OK if you are in a pinch and don’t have a microphone for dictation around you BUT you have to hold the phone to your mouth (or close enough)to dictate. This app does not work with your AirPods or headphones with microphone in them!! The audio quality is crystal clear, making my recordings sound professional. Additionally, the dictation feature works seamlessly with Fluency Direct, making it a fantastic tool for accurate and efficient voice-to-text conversion. I can use it in different modes depending on the environment that I’m in. The Voice Isolation option is the best for most areas I work. I love that no matter what computer I sign into it automatically connects and I’m off and running. It saves our facility on money and maintenance for plug and play microphones. I have had some technical issues in the past but my support and adoption team always help me get it working again quickly. ### 5/5 — Great *2021-03-22* Works as advertised. It is very accurate and I rarely have to make corrections. It works better than shall I say, Siri. The app has worked flawlessly for me. I am impressed how easily it connects to my phone. Disappointed that the audio input cannot be switched from the phones microphone to a pair of AirPods connected via Bluetooth.
