Solwees is the mobile control room for your AI employee. Your Solwees AI answers phone calls, WhatsApp, Instagram, web chat and email for your business 24/7, and books straight into your calendar. This app lets you see everything it's doing, step in when you want to, and run your business from anywhere. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Unified inbox: every conversation from every channel in one thread • Live calls: listen to what your AI is handling right now, or take over • Bookings: confirm, reschedule or cancel with one tap • Customers: full history of each client across every channel • Analytics: revenue recovered, missed interactions caught, time saved • Notifications: get pinged only when something actually needs you BUILT FOR SMALL BUSINESSES • Restaurants • Beauty salons, barbershops, nail bars • Spas, massage and wellness studios • Pet grooming • Aesthetic clinics • Dental and medical front desks HOW IT FITS YOUR DAY You don't have to watch the app. Your AI handles routine bookings, reschedules and FAQs on its own. The app pings you only when a real human decision is needed: a VIP, a complaint, a dispute over a deposit. WHY SOLWEES • 800ms voice latency, faster pickup than most humans • 50+ languages with native accents • GDPR-ready, hosted in the EU • Works alongside the tools you already use: Booksy, Google Calendar, Stripe REQUIREMENTS A Solwees account is required. The business profile is easier to fill in Most agent settings are now a choice of ready-made options instead of typing, with suggestions tailored to your kind of business. The time zone is a searchable list, and FAQs and your own rules are edited right on the phone. The description, the kind of business and the Google Maps link moved up next to the name and address. Sola helps more precisely A Confirm button now sits under her question, so you no longer type "yes". Every field has "Ask Sola": she suggests the wording and writes it for you. Her cards now take you to the setting itself, not to the top of a long list. Deals Deal history, custom fields, an inbox for new deals, and pipeline rules: automatic stage moves and assignment. The AI can be the assignee. Chats A "handled by" filter - AI or a teammate. A notification now opens the same conversation as the chat list, with all of the customer's channels. Workspaces Create a new workspace without leaving the app. WhatsApp Guided connection: you need a second phone, and we show where to tap, plus a choice between regular WhatsApp and Business. Small things that got in the way The link in the email confirms your address. Replies can be selected in parts, not all at once. The app is visible in the task switcher. A phone number error says what is missing. Plus fixed translations and dozens of rough edges in the hints. ### 1.0.8 — 2026-08-30 fix bugs ### 1.0.7 — 2026-08-18 What's new: • More reliable notifications, including @mentions and chat reassignment. • Quick replies, notes and filters now work right inside a conversation. • Stability and performance improvements across the inbox. ### 1.06 — 2026-07-25 This update makes the inbox smoother and gives you more control over your day. - Reactions and replies now appear on messages, so conversations read the way your customers see them. - Delivered and read status on your messages, so you always know what landed. - Photos and files open reliably, including pictures taken on your iPhone. - Waiting list: update a client's status in a tap, and set up automatic rebooking for slots that free up, within the window you choose. - The inbox remembers whether you are viewing one workspace or all of them. - More reliable loading across your inbox and campaigns. - Now available in English, Ukrainian, Russian and Spanish.
