## What is Solys?

Stop scrolling in bed. Solys is the app blocker that starts when your alarm rings: the apps you choose stay paused, so the first minutes of your day belong to you, not your feeds.

You know the pattern. The alarm goes off, you reach for your phone, and one quick check turns into half an hour of doomscrolling. Solys breaks that loop right where it starts.

MAKE MORNINGS YOURS
• Set your alarm and choose the apps you want to pause: social media or any other app.
• When the alarm rings, they stay paused for 30, 45, or 60 minutes. You pick the length.
• Add an optional evening curfew so the same apps rest at night, too.
• Set a daily intention and see your protected mornings in a weekly view.
• Use the in-app emergency unlock when you truly need access.

WHO IT’S FOR
Anyone who wants to stop doomscrolling, cut down on screen time in bed, or start each day with a dopamine detox, without deleting a single app.

HOW IT WORKS
Solys uses Apple’s Screen Time permission to pause the apps you select. Apps you do not select remain available. Blocking depends on the permissions you grant on your iPhone.

YOUR DATA, YOUR CHOICE
In Settings, you decide whether Solys shares usage statistics.

SUBSCRIPTION
An active subscription is required after the demo. The price, billing period, any eligible trial, and first payment date are shown before purchase. Apple handles payment. Your subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel it in your Apple Account settings.

### 2.0.0 — 2026-09-29

• Pause selected apps for 30, 45, or 60 minutes after waking.
• Set an evening app curfew.
• Add a daily intention and review your protected mornings each week.
• Explore a redesigned experience centered on reclaiming your mornings.

### 1.3.1 — 2026-09-14

Solys now focuses on one thing: getting you out of bed for real.

• A new journey lets you try a mini-game before viewing the offer
• A clearer, consistent experience built around 9 mini-games only
• Trial steps and the exact billing date appear before the offer
• Reliable progress recovery if the app is closed
• Improved layouts across every iPhone size

### 1.3.0 — 2026-09-08

Your first wake-up is free, in full.

Nothing to decide before you have tried it. The app opens up completely from the moment you install it: every challenge, every sound, your journal, your companion.

Tomorrow morning you live the real Solys wake-up. The game, the win, the streak that starts.

You choose afterwards, not before.

### 1.2.1 — 2026-09-05

This update makes Solys more reliable: safer startup when an alarm goes off, improved stability of the iOS alarm engine, and a clearer in-app reminder before the trial ends. We also fixed several details and improved performance.
