## What is Somatic?

Somatic is a calm, beautifully simple guided breathing app. Pick a rhythm, follow a gentle animated orb that paces every inhale and exhale, and let your breath settle your mind.

BREATHE WITH INTENTION
• Proven patterns — Box Breathing, 4-7-8, Coherent, and Equal Breathing
• Build your own rhythm with custom inhale, hold, and exhale timing
• A flowing orb and soft cues guide each phase so you can close your eyes and follow along

CUES THAT FIT YOU
• Choose your chime sound — Tone, Chime, or Wood — and set its volume
• Gentle per-phase haptics with adjustable strength
• Prefer silence? Turn any cue off and breathe to the visual alone

KEEP GOING, HANDS-FREE
• A Live Activity shows your current phase and countdown on the Lock Screen and Dynamic Island
• Sessions keep running with the screen locked or the app in the background
• Calls and other audio pause your session automatically, then pick up where you left off
