## What is SomaTrace?

SomaTrace is a client record tool designed for massage therapists, bodyworkers, manual therapists, and hands-on practitioners.

Bodywork does not only happen during a single session. It also happens through each observation, each adjustment, each review, and each continuation into the next session.

SomaTrace helps you keep those details well organized.

You can use body diagrams to record static observations, dynamic tests to organize movement-related clues, and review notes to document what you actually did during the session, how the body responded, and where you may want to continue next time.

SomaTrace is not designed to replace your professional judgment. It is designed to help you organize your observations, reasoning, and care process more clearly.

After each session, quickly record what you did, why you chose that approach, how the body responded, and what you may want to follow up on next time.

Helps organize your recorded notes into review summaries, client feedback drafts, and pre-session reminders for the next visit. AI-generated content is only intended as a note organization aid and should always be reviewed and judged by the user.
