### 1/5 — How to ruin the patient experience.

SOMC switched service providers, from a very functional provider with a working ,nicely designed app, to a provider that seems to be stuck in 2008. The user interface was the first bad sign. I’m not even sure how Apple still allows such an unoptimized looking app for new phones. But that’s not even the actual problem. The real problem is how the app/provider just decides that your prescriptions need requested, even though you have a six month doctor renewal period. 

This app will be the reason my wife and I are switching pharmacies and maybe even possibly doctors altogether.

This app is worse than the previous one. You cannot reset your password, and many of your prescriptions do not appear.

Needs a complete overhaul. Still using low resolution graphics from iPhone 4 days over 15 years ago.
