## Newest reviews (14 of 45)

### 5/5 — The best one out there.

*2023-05-31*

It does the 1 job and it does it well. Highly recommended.

### 5/5 — Nice reminder app

*2022-11-16, version 1.13.2*

Easy to use.

Nice to have a repeating checklist for uncommon tasks.

### 5/5 — Great app, been waiting for something like this

*2022-11-02*

Was looking for something to organize and remind me of chores without the need for a subscription like other apps and this works great. Really love how customizable the time selection is. 10/10 one of my most used apps.

### 5/5 — Simple and Easy

*2022-10-31, version 1.13.2*

I love that this app is simple and easy to use. No tedious steps just to have it remind you. The widget is small and compact, plus I never have to wonder when I last did something. Highly recommend for anyone paranoid about missing their next appt/reminder!

### 5/5 — This is how my mind works...

*2022-09-07, version 1.13.1*

I have tried dozens of habit tracker, to-do list, and scheduling apps to help me mitigate my somewhat "scattered" approach to my daily routine. This app is absolutely perfect for the absent-minded professor in all of us because it isn't built on a rigid schedule - at first.

I've used it to first identify my recurring habits, tasks, and to-dos throughout the day. Then, because Sometime allows you to see and export your data as a .csv, I was able to reverse engineer what I would enter into the app, complete with appropriately timed reminders. It has helped me IMMENSELY, and I highly suggest it to anyone who is having trouble finding a less...militant?...approach to self-scheduling.

### 5/5 — This is the best reminder app that I know of

*2022-07-07, version 1.12.2*

This app, is expecting you to complete the reminder. It keeps track of the time and date that you have completed a reminder, and it will automatically create the next reminder based upon the interval that you have selected.

### 5/5 — Outstanding Time Management Machine

*2022-07-01, version 1.12.2*

I use this to structure my workday and have found a tremendous improvement in my productivity and consistency. This app is an absolute joy to use. I was shocked there weren’t any ads on the free version, so I decided to pay for it anyways.

### 5/5 — Nice , please add upcoming time window

*2022-02-06, version 1.12.1*

I just greased my garage door, next due in 6 months. I need an option to NOT see it until it’s close to due. A simple time filter will do (only show next N days / weeks / …).

### 5/5 — Highly functional and integrated

*2021-10-01, version 1.11.0*

Great interface and even better features.

Completion data exportable as csv

Shortcuts integration which supports calendar/reminders syncing. Available data points are through, such as last completion date, next reminder date, notes, category, etc.

Categories, subcategories, and completion notes

And most importantly, a very receptive and understanding dev team.

### 5/5 — Life decomplicator

*2021-03-23, version 1.9.4*

Amazing, what I've been looking for a long time!

### 5/5 — The ios widget is super useful!

*2021-03-05, version 1.9.4*

I used the streaks app earlier but I prefer the simplicity of this one and the ios widgets are much better. It really grabs your attention on the home screen when something needs doing.

Sometimes I’ve noticed the widget doesn't update though.

Overall great app!

### 5/5 — Amazing!!

*2021-02-18*

Amazing app to keep track of household and other repetitive tasks!!
Interface is clear and pretty. I use it to remember me to do chores that are every month or more and it is really useful!
I have the habit to say what's wrong or need improvement in my reviews, but right now, I can only says that I would love to have French localisation. I can't see other negative point.

Thank you so much for this app!!

### 5/5 — Nice simple app

*2021-02-13, version 1.9.2*

Work well. I hope to see some new features in the future that will make it the go to for reminders and habit tracking.

### 5/5 — Fantastic

*2020-12-27, version 1.9.1*

!!!!!!!!

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — 2nd Time, no dev support

*2025-09-21, version 1.16.0*

I have contacted developers the last time this happened, and never heard back.
Well, it's happened again: Lost all my reminders today. Unable to retrieve them. Forced to recreate them all.
Like your Dad, I'm very disappointed.

### 1/5 — Deleted

*2021-11-01, version 1.12.0*

App just randomly deleted all of what I was tracking. Had been using it for a couple years then poof.

### 2/5 — Unintuitive & Frustrating

*2025-12-11, version 1.17.1*

I was so hopeful after reading the reviews, and while this app may help some people, I find it extremely difficult to understand. The terminology and graphic design is wholly unintuitive. What I was truly hoping for was relative reminders. I take a med 3x a day, each 6 hours apart. I need reminders not at specific times but rather relative to the first dose. I was hoping I could mark a dose complete which then triggers another reminder X hours later for the next dose, and have the ability to cap the reminders for the day (e.g. 3x a day). I was also hoping to set a reminder for a specific time (take pills at 5pm) then have subsequent reminders relative to that dose (next pills every hour for three hours). Again, with no specific clock times for the subsequent reminders and the ability to set a reminders limit. But I see no way to do those things here. But even without those functions, the timeline layout makes no sense and this app was very frustrating to figure out.

### 2/5 — Not impressed… yet

*2022-06-17, version 1.12.1*

This app has potential, but it isn’t very intuitive at all. There are (pro) features that are hard to find or impossible to access! I paid for pro because I couldn’t see the pro features I paid for, I almost requested a refund. We’re not talking a lot of money here, but enough to frustrate the heck out of you!

If the devs ever answer my email, I’ll consider changing my rating. But… I’m not hopeful.
If you do download it, stick with the free version. Just sayin’….

### 2/5 — Missing one key feature

*2020-08-27, version 1.6.0*

The only thing that keeps me from using the app is the frequency of time you can set a reminder, one day, one week, etc. I need to water my plants at different daily increments, like some every other day or every 3 days. When you add this feature, I can’t wait to use the app. It has some very nice features that are great.

### 2/5 — Confusing!!

*2020-01-10, version 1.0.0*

No instructions on use.

### 4/5 — Wonderful for adhd people

*2024-09-14, version 1.13.2*

Just wish it was color coded for the different categories at least to help break up all the black and white and grey. Then it would be perfect

### 4/5 — Great

*2021-07-10*

I really like this app. It looks and feels very nice. The only thing is that I would prefer if I could disable notifications for some tasks.

### 4/5 — Almost perfect unless I’m just missing it

*2020-11-16, version 1.9.0*

If we could add our own symbols to custom actions then I would change this to a 5 star keep up the work!👍

### 4/5 — Good but… reminders are late

*2020-11-08, version 1.9.0*

For example I have a reminder set for 4:00pm but it’s showing the time I put after 4 and showing me 8:00pm. I’d like to see the most recent reminder not 4 hours later. (iOS widget)

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Useful app, developers listen

*2026-06-16, version 1.18.0*

I have ADHD and poor memory. This app helps me keep track of things.

It’s also not just for reminders, you could use it to log things too.

A while back I suggested a way to ‘archive’ tasks, like if something is out of season. And it’s now been added!

There is a one time purchase of $5 to unlock more features and I think it’s worth that, especially to support developers that care about meeting their users’ needs.

### 5/5 — Simple

*2025-09-03, version 1.15.1*

Wish it had measurable metrics though

### 5/5 — Interesting & Promising

*2025-08-25, version 1.15.1*

Trying this as a possible replacement for another apps (Things3, Sorted3, Reminders). Looking forward to further development. What it does now is solid!

### 5/5 — Love the timeline view!

*2025-08-08, version 1.15.1*

You can view your past completed to-dos in a timeline format that is super encouraging for keeping up healthy habits!

### 5/5 — Interesting & Promising

*2025-08-03*

Trying this as a possible replacement for another apps (Things3, Sorted3, Reminders). Looking forward to further development. What does it now looks solid!

### 5/5 — The App That Remembers What You Forget

*2025-05-08, version 1.15.1*

Sometime has become one of those apps I didn’t know I needed until I had it. It’s perfect for all the random but important things that don’t happen daily — like checking in on a friend, backing up my laptop, cleaning out the fridge, or finally scheduling that dentist appointment I keep putting off. It’s not a habit tracker in the usual sense, and that’s what makes it great. It fills in the gaps — the stuff that matters but doesn’t follow a routine. I use it to remind myself to review old notes, follow up on work projects, or even just water my plants before they turn brown again. For anyone juggling work, life, or school, it’s a super helpful way to stay on top of the things that quietly pile up.

### 5/5 — Great interface great app

*2025-01-06, version 1.14.0*

I just started using this app, liking everything so far. It is a great life routine tracking app. Taking one star off only because I am still seeing features lacking. Have not pay for pro version because I am a bit uncertain if the developer is still updating the app though regularly, I think the app only have one minor bug update for the last year or so. Can developers consider updating widget UI so we can see my items at once. My current go-to app is Habituator, as I believe it has the better widget features. Can we also have a quicker way to swap between categories? Thanks!

### 5/5 — Actually usable

*2024-03-04, version 1.13.2*

Thanks for creating a simple but useful app without needing to pay a recurring fee to use! Feel like such apps are rare these days, which is annoying.

### 5/5 — Great app

*2024-01-22, version 1.13.2*

Great app lives up to it’s promises and has honest pricing.

### 5/5 — It’s a good app

*2023-08-11, version 1.13.2*

It’s a very good app it helps me get my day along without forgetting a thing : the interface is genuinely intuitive and interactive : it will help to be able to lock the app and open with Face ID , that will be a great milestone and a notch up the privacy ladder for apps

Thank You
