Dvere pískajú keď sú zatvorené, keď sú otvorené, zámok sa zatvorí, prečo? Niekedy sa to cez hovnosomfy ani nezamkne, čiže spoľahnutie na vás je ako keď sa hovno rozloží. Tvárite sa ako ajfôn, drahí ste ako ajfón, a pritom funkčnosť aj poďme na jahody v zime. Po každej aktualizácii je to viac nefunkčné ako funkčné. Keď chcem cez tu vašu pseudoaplikaciu zámok otvoriť, krúti mi grafiku otvorenia ako kolekčko londýnskeho kolotoča. Tak napiču smartkokoti ako Somfy som si do domácnosti ani neholo zvoliť. Keď som si kúpil vrátnika, mal som v kamera cúvacie čiaru z prijebanej francúzskej tristošestky (pre nechápavých, pokus vyrobiť auto). Čiže môj dom sa tváril že cúva, keď mi niekto zazvonil. Čistý hnus táto značka. Ani najväčiemu nepriateľovi by som to nedoporučil. Stačí si prečítať francuzke recenzie. Aj by sam im najradšej vyčščali do ksychtu. Hnus. ### 1/5 — Absolutnie odradzam zakup produktów firmy Somfie *2024-06-18, version 1.5.7* Przestałem korzystać ponieważ ostatnio w ogóle nie udało się otworzyć drzwi musiałem otworzyć kluczem który na szczęście miałem przy sobie inaczej bym nie wszedł do domu. Aplikacja działa bardzo topornie. Zawsze jak ją włączam wyskakują błędy trzeba po kilka razy naciskać otwarcie i zamknięcie. Absolutnie ODRADZAM. ### 2/5 — configurer avec iOS et réseau 2,4 GHz *2024-06-13* La passerelle ne se configure plus !!!! ************* Après moult tentatives, la configuration via iOS se réalise. Il manque dans la gestion de cette solution le déverrouillage automatique lorsque l’iPhone est proche de la serrure,quelques mètres) afin de ne pas être obliger de déposer ses colis pour ouvrir via l’application, saisir sur le clavier ou utiliser un badge. Autre point de vulnérabilité est d’avoir le réseau 2,4 Ghz non masqué. Cette situation de divulguer le réseau est signalé par tous les systèmes de sécurité qui testent la sécurité wifi des installations. La recommandation est de masquer mais dans ce cas la passerelle ne fonctionne plus ! Que dire des caméra en wifi qui doivent être sur le réseau ouvert , non masqué en 2,4 Ghz et donc libre de piratage !!!! Un comble pour le protection des données et des personnes. ***************** Bonjour, Impossible de réaliser l’installation si vous possédez un iPhone !!! Il faut un androïd, donc l’installateur doit venir systématiquement et une facture d’intervention à la clé. La passerelle se déconnecte lors de la configuration avec l’iPhone mais pas avec le Samsung de l’installateur. Cette situation n’est pas mentionné dans la description du produit. ### 5/5 — Ne plus avoir de clés quel confort *2024-03-16, version 1.5.7* Plus aucun membre de la famille n’a de clés ! C’est rassurant car un clé peut se perdre ! Cette serrure est efficace et silencieuse. En plus j’ai l’info si mon enfant est bien rentré de classe. J utilise la serrure connectée de somfy avec son application depuis plus de 4 ans et j en suis pleinement satisfait . Néanmoins , les notifications de l application ne fonctionne plus depuis un certain temps. A priori le problème existe chez d autres personnes dans les forums d entraide.
