## What is Somity Keeper Lite?

Somity Keeper Lite is a simple accounting app for cooperatives, savings groups and microfinance organizations in Bangladesh. Keep members' deposits, loans and transactions organized in one place — no more paper ledgers.

What you can do:

New "Date specification" — fix a working date and every money form opens on it; it does not move on by itself at midnight.  The lock covers collection, savings, loans and vouchers together. You choose: staff only, or everyone including the owner. Your society's own website — a message form, loan applications, your own colour and domain, and how often the page was seen.  CC loan (pledge) — lend against gold or deeds; no instalment plan, profit accrues on the current principal day by day.

নতুন "সদস্য চার্জ কর্তন" — বার্ষিক ও SMS চার্জ একবারে সব সদস্যের সঞ্চয় থেকে কাটুন। কাটার আগে কারা পড়ছে দেখে নিন।
পাসবই লেবেল — QR সহ ছোট কাগজ ছাপুন, আদায়ের সময় স্ক্যান করলেই সদস্য খোলে। নম্বর টাইপ করতে হয় না।
স্থিতির SMS — প্রত্যেক সদস্যকে তার নিজের সঞ্চয়, ডিপিএস, ঋণ, এফডিআর ও শেয়ারের স্থিতি জানান।
লভ্যাংশে শতকরা হার ও সময়কাল — "এ বছর ১০%" বলেই দেওয়া যায়।
আয়/ব্যয়ের খাত এখন সম্পাদনা ও মুছা যায়।

নতুন "সার্বিক প্রতিবেদন" — এক কাগজে পুরো সমিতি, শেষে "মনোযোগ দরকার"। A4-তে ছাপানো যায়।
পড়াশুনায় ৪০টি নতুন লেখা — ব্যবসা, সমিতি ও টাকা ব্যবস্থাপনা। রোজ সকাল ৭টা ও রাত ৯টায় একটি ফোনে আসবে।
বাল্ক SMS দল ধরে — সব সদস্য, ঋণগ্রহীতা, ডিপিএস, এফডিআর। ব্যর্থ বার্তা এক চাপে আবার পাঠান।
সদস্য যোগ হলেই সাধারণ সঞ্চয় হিসাব খুলে যায়।
কাগজের ছক এখন পুরো চওড়ায়, আর বাংলা ফন্ট কোথাও ভাঙে না।
পরিচালক মুছে ফেলা যায় — লেনদেন থাকলে সেগুলো কারণসহ বাতিল হয়।

• অ্যাপের প্রতিটি পাতায় "?" সাহায্য — ১৭৮টি বিষয়ের ইউজার ম্যানুয়াল, সার্চ করে খোঁজা যায়
• সদস্য অ্যাপে চার্ট — সঞ্চয়ের গতি, মাসিক জমা ও উত্তোলন, পোর্টফোলিও; ডিপিএস ও ঋণের অগ্রগতি
• টান সমিতি — আদায় ও হস্তান্তরের রসিদ শেয়ার বা প্রিন্ট, লেনদেনে নোট, জরিমানা কমানো বা মাফ করার সুযোগ
• সমিতির নোটিশ এখন সময় ধরে ও নির্দিষ্ট দলের জন্য পাঠানো যায়, টপবারের নিচে স্ক্রল করে দেখা যায়
• যোগাযোগ ফর্ম কিবোর্ডের নিচে চাপা পড়ার সমস্যা সমাধান
• কিছু হিসাবের ভুল সংশোধন

### 3.10.1 — 2026-08-04

সমিতির তথ্য এখন নিজেই বদলাতে পারবেন: নাম, ঠিকানা, ধরন, জেলা, রেজিস্ট্রেশন নম্বর ও লোগো। আরও মেনুতে সমিতির তথ্য থেকে পাবেন।

মোবাইল নম্বর পরিবর্তন করা যাবে। প্রোফাইলে মোবাইল নম্বরে চাপ দিন, নতুন নম্বরে OTP যাচাই করেই বদলে যাবে।

সমাধান: মোবাইল ও পাসওয়ার্ড দিয়ে ঢোকা সদস্য ও স্টাফ ভুল করে নম্বর যাচাইর পর্দায় আটকে যাচ্ছিলেন। এখন সরাসরি ঢুকতে পারবেন।
