## What is Sommary?

Sommary is the working wine system for restaurants. It brings inventory, receiving, wine-list maintenance, and purchase orders to the phone your team already carries.

COUNT WITH OR WITHOUT SIGNAL
Start blind or visible cellar counts, scan Code 128 labels, record quantities offline, and sync when connection returns. Review variances before accepting.

RECEIVE AT THE BACK DOOR
Photograph an invoice or choose a photo or PDF. Sommary reads the lines and prices so you can check in deliveries, flag shorts, and keep the original document with the delivery.

KEEP STOCK AND THE LIST IN STEP
Browse inventory, record pours, movements and transfers, set restock levels, manage bins and cellars, update prices, reorder list entries, and mark bottles sold out.

ORDER WHAT YOU NEED
Build purchase orders from restock suggestions, add or edit wines, prepare supplier emails, receive orders, and review placement plans.

Sommary also supports Toast item mapping, printable wine lists and labels, cocktail-menu imports, pricing comparisons, and a shared alert feed.

An existing Sommary business account is required. Sommary is intended for restaurant staff and does not sell alcohol or process customer payments.
