You cannot steer a dream you do not remember. Somnia starts there.

A 7-night guided journey — an evening lesson and a morning prompt — gets your dreams onto the page before they fade. Everything else is built on what you have written.

EVIDENCE RATINGS, NOT PROMISES
Every technique carries an honest label: strong, moderate or limited evidence. MILD is the best supported in controlled studies and we say so. Where the research is thin, we say that too.

Your statistics work the same way. Somnia refuses to show a success rate for a technique until you have tried it enough times for the number to mean anything, because a 100% success rate from one attempt is not a result.

No app can promise you a lucid dream. We do not.

The journal is free forever. Pro unlocks the two features that cost real money every time they run:
- AI dream analysis: symbols, themes, an emotion wheel, and the recurring dream signs that are what actually trigger lucidity
- Dream artwork generated from what you wrote

Pro includes a monthly credit allowance. Re-analysing a dream you have not changed costs nothing.

PRIVATE BY DEFAULT
No ads. No tracking. No third-party analytics. Your dreams are never sold and are never used to train AI models. Lock the journal with a PIN, turn the AI off entirely, or delete everything — your call.

Somnia is not a medical app and does not give medical advice. Dream readings are written to prompt reflection, not to diagnose anything.

SUBSCRIPTION DETAILS
Somnia Pro is an auto-renewable subscription with a duration of 1 month. The price is shown in the app before you confirm, and payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings after purchase.
