## What is Somnora?

Somnora is a wellness companion built around Nora, an AI with an actual personality: witty, warm, and unmistakably human. She helps you understand your dreams, make sense of your sleep, and steady the days they shape, without ever handing you a canned checklist or a lecture.

Most wellness apps talk at you. Nora talks with you. She means well, she genuinely entertains, and she refuses to preach.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

Capture your dreams
Tell Nora about a dream, a half-remembered fragment, or just the feeling that stayed. She listens, reflects, and helps you find the thread, by voice or text, the moment you wake up.

See your dreams
Turn a dream into a piece of art with Dreamcatcher. Describe the scene and watch it come to life as a single, striking image you can keep.

Understand your sleep
Last Night's Sleep gives you a clear read on how you actually slept. When you want more than numbers, talk it through with the Sleep Coach, one small, doable change at a time.

Wind down
Breathe, settle, and ease into the night with guided moments made for the end of the day.

Nora, on your wrist
Catch a dream or a thought straight from your Apple Watch, then pick the conversation right back up on your phone.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Your inner life is yours. Somnora keeps your reflections on your device, and your raw Health data never leaves it. Sleep details are shared with Nora only when you explicitly turn it on, and you can change your mind anytime.

A COMPANION, NOT A CLINICIAN
Somnora is here for reflection and company, not diagnosis or treatment. If you are struggling, please reach out to a qualified professional.

Somnora is free to start, with Somnora Premium for unlimited conversations and dream art.

A companion for your nights, and the days they shape.

## Version history (last 3 releases)

### 1.1 — 2026-08-11

Somnora 1.1: Nora learns to help you sleep

Until now, Somnora helped you catch your dreams. This update lets Nora do
something with them.

A REAL SLEEP PROGRAM

Somnora now works on the nights themselves, not just the mornings after.

Morning sleep diary. A few seconds when you wake, and it becomes the
foundation for everything Nora suggests.

Guided sessions in Nora's voice. Muscle release for a body that will not
settle. Cognitive shuffle for a mind that will not stop narrating, gentle
images with no story to follow. And a screen-rest session designed to be
listened to with your eyes closed and your phone face down.

Experiments you can actually trust. Nora proposes one small change, tracks
it across three nights, and tells you honestly whether it helped. When it
did not work, she says so. No streak-shaming, no manufactured progress.

Everything is drawn from an evidence-based technique catalog, and a safety
check runs first so the suggestion fits what you are actually dealing with.

NORA PAYS ATTENTION NOW

Nora notices patterns across days instead of reacting to last night. She
reads your recovery trend and adjusts what she offers when you are running
down. She remembers the symbols that keep returning to your dreams, and she
can now act inside a conversation, offering a breathing exercise or setting
an intention right there in the thread.

You can see what she has inferred about you, and change or delete any of it.

A CALMER, FASTER APP

The launch is one continuous image now, no flash, no logo beat.

Chat feels the way it should. The keyboard stays down after you send instead
of jumping back over Nora's reply. The thread follows new messages on its
own. Bubbles size to your words.

Scrolling and transitions are noticeably smoother, and the app is
meaningfully smaller to download.

Milestones arrive as soft frosted glass lit from behind, rather than a flat
card dropped on the screen.

DREAM ART, REWORKED

Dreamcatcher produces images that actually match the dream you described.
Re-rendering now asks what you want changed instead of rolling the dice
again. There is a darkroom album for everything you have made.

If you want yourself in the artwork, you can offer a photo once. It is
converted to a written description immediately and the photo is destroyed.
It never leaves as an image, and it is never stored.

PROGRESS WORTH KEEPING

A constellation that fills in as you go, twenty-two stars of it. A goal ring
on the moon. Streaks that forgive a missed night rather than punishing it.

APPLE WATCH

Swipe between Dream, Eureka, Daily and Calm from the wrist. Speak a dream
and it arrives on your phone as a real conversation with Nora, already
started. The recording view responds to your voice as you talk.

ALSO IN THIS RELEASE

Sleep insights read your own baseline rather than a population average.
Breathing sessions from the Watch feed your resilience timeline. Deleting
something from the archive can be undone. Choose which journal opens first.
Notifications finally ask before assuming.

Fixes throughout: dream art generation, watch capture reliability, memory
accuracy, and a long list of quieter corrections.

Some features that were showing estimates rather than real measurements have
been removed. We would rather show you nothing than show you something we
made up.

Somnora never scores your sleep and never diagnoses you. Your dreams stay
yours.
