Hello I love this app but ever since I switched to my iPhone, whenever I try to sign in it just says that I’m not connected to the internet and won’t allow me to sign into my account! Please help

I know it seems outdated but it’s simple for all people, all ages and accessible on all phones. I love the simplicity of the app and the new feature that allows you to search for old notes with keywords. I have 10 years of notes on here, that I can’t afford to loose. Thanks to SomNote, I won’t have too.

평소 로그인을 하지 않은 채 사용했는데 계속되는 로그인 권유에 한번 해보았습니다. 그런데 동기화 알림이 거슬려서 로그아웃을 했더니(로그아웃을 해도 다시 로그인하면 동기화된 노트는 남아있다고 돼있었음) 노트가 다 사라졌습니다(예상한 상황이었죠). 그래서 다시 로그인을 했는데도 노트가 없어졌더라고요? 동기화 알림까지 확인했는데도. 그래서 고객지원에 가서 솜클라우드 사이트에 들어가서 복구하라는 말을 듣고 사이트에서 로그인을 수없이 시도했지만 계속 일시적인 오류가 있다는 말뿐입니다. 제 시간을 쏟아부운 노트들 어떻하죠? 이제 못미더워서 못쓰겠습니다.

요약: 노트가 모두 삭제되었습니다. 이제 쓰던 글을 다시 쓰기 시작해야 하니 이틀은 뜬눈으로 지새우겠네요^^ 매우 감사합니다 전 갈게요

I can open this app online but it will not open on the phone app. I have a lot of folders in this app and I’m frustrated I can’t get back into it. It keeps telling me I have an internet issue but I don’t. I’ve tried getting into it with different internet providers and location and nothing works.

I love the accessibility of this app. I have found multiple convenient tricks to help me find past notes that I have entered. There has been some recent glitches on the iPhones but I trust it will be worked out. I have over 2,000 notes on here. I hope they never get rid of this app.

13년 전부터 쭉 쓰고 있는데 가끔 키패드가 안떠요
뒤로가기 했다 다시 눌러야 키패드가 제대로 뜸 

그리고 옛날 날짜는 보존되고 그냥 수정만 적용 됐으면 좋겠는데 수정한 최신 날짜로 덮어쓰기 되는거 너무 싫음 ㅜ  결국 원래 쓴 날짜를 이중으로 써놔야 하는 번거로움 발생

솜노트를 7년가까이 아주 자주 사용하고 있는 유저입니다. 제가 최근에 아이폰으로 바꾸면서 slyder라는 키보드 앱과 같이 사용하고 있는데 솜노트를 나갔다 들어오면 slyder 키보드 스킨이 default로 바뀌고 글자가 안쳐지는 현상이 자주 발생하네요... 자음이랑 모음이 연결이 안되고 ㅇㅕㄴㄱㅕㄹ 이런식으로 쳐지거나 키보드가 안 눌리고 ㅂㅃ 이런 글자만 쳐지거나 합니다. 다른 앱에서는 괜찮은데 솜노트에서만 이러네요... 이거 테스트 가능할까요? 아님 slyder쪽에 문의해야할까요? 한번 봐주시면 감사하겠습니다...

I constantly have to cancel, save, and then re edit because the keyboard disappears and I can’t bring it back. Any time I leave the app I get a pop up about SomNote not being able to sync. Very irritating.

I have used the Som Note free version and loved it so much I paid for the premium. I use it for my work. I like how I can retrieve information from any device by logging into my account. However since I updated my iPhone 6 with 9.0.2 update the app won't back up or let me read any saved work without entering edit mode.  If this isn't rectified soon I will be looking for another app to do the job better.

Update. Som Note is back to its old tricks. Won't backup and keeps going out of writing mode and won't allow me to go back in. Fix please or I'll find another more reliable.

You have to pay $4 or nearly $40/year to get the app to remove ads. And the additional designs they app offers is only for the mobile device and NOT for the ipad.  That is not stated upfront. 

What a great way to get $4 out of someone with the false advertising. 

Also, HORRIBLE app syncing ability. All I get is "poor network. Check your network connection" from my cell, when my iPad says "Sync complete". 

Why pay so much for what is really just a pretty notepad? Ad removal should be cheap and a one-time fee!

Buy-beware!

13년부터 잘 쓰고 있습니다~ 정말 잘 쓰고 있는데요 몇가지 부탁드릴게 있습니다! 일단 가독성을 위해 글자 마다 굵기나 크기가 밑줄글씨 이런걸 바꿀 수 있었으면 좋겠습니다. 전체가 바뀌는 것 말구요 그리구 뒤로가기가 되었으면 좋겠습니다. 제가 이 어플을 정말 너무 많이 사용하는데 좀 더 개선되면 완벽할 것 같아요

I really do love this app. It allows me to organize and categorize the way I need to. I have used it for years and really rely on it. The only issue I have ever had is not being able to use it in a phone other than the one I originally installed it on. I download the app, log in, and ALWAYS receive the message “Poor network. Check your network connection” even though there are no connection issues. It happens we very single time without fail. I do not understand why this is an issue. I upgraded my phone but cannot use the app on the new phone. Fortunately, I still have the old phone. So, I can use it when I need to use Somnote. Understandably, this is not very efficient. This is only issue I have with the app and the I only reason I search for another app with the same functionality.

I’ve had this app for many, many years, but lately it seems to be going down hill with its servers running slowly and I’ve gone days when my notes would not sync. Logged out thinking it would fix the problem only to find that I am unable to log back in. Support said they would have it fixed by a certain day, but they hadn’t.

그런데 아이폰 앱에서는 로그인이 안됩니다ㅜㅜ 이메일로 로그인 하기를 이용하고 있는데요, 웹에서는 로그인되는 정확한 이메일과 암호를 입력해도 앱에서는 로그인이 안됩니다…. 왜 이러는 걸까요 저는 영원히 아이폰에서는 로그인을 할 수 없는 걸까요 …. 참고로 제 기종은 이번에 나온 아이폰16(프로아님)이고요 예전에 산 아이패드(에어3)에서는 로그인해서 잘 이용 중입니다 ……

I am not great at organizing but this app makes it easy, whether keeping track of friends/family fave things or general lists to keep track of shopping needs, things I find interesting, things to keep up with (warranties etc) for household items. I have been using this app for several years and is the one app that has always been consistently easy to use and fulfills its function.

I suggest this app to EVERYONE! Especially when co-writing scripts. I love that it can transfer to pdf free! It’s so user friendly. I’ve used for over 10yrs and it’s still my number one favorite app for notes and scripts.

메모 이용하려고 여러 앱 써봤는데 이게 젤 간편하고 좋아서 계속 잘 쓰고 있습니다. 문제는 오류가 너무 치명적이라 지워야하나 고민중에 있네요. 쓰는 도중 갑자기 키보드가 사라지기도 하고 두 번 탭해서 수정하려고 할 때도 키보드는 안 나오고 사진 문서 입력 창만 뜨네요.. 개선했으면 하는 건 수정할때 맨 마지막에 썼던 곳으로 이동되던데 원하는 곳에 바로 수정 가능하게 누른 그 위치로 고정되어 있었으면 좋겠어요 ~!
이제는 한 글자만 써도 키보드가 증발해버리네요 ㅎㅎ;

*FIXED* if you’re getting the “No internet” bug, just click “Later” in the top right when you open it and go to settings. Sign in with your account there, then sync it! 

I love this app, and have been using it for almost a decade. Go to app for all my notes!
