服を何個か注文し、入荷された商品を部分配送、入荷まで時間がかかる商品は入荷次第迅速に発送...ということになっていました。しかし、入荷遅延の商品が売り切れてしまいました...。楽しみにしていたので、売り切れでキャンセルになるのをもう少し早めに知りたかったです。(入金してから1週間経って売り切れによる注文キャンセル連絡が来たので)。商品の質もよく可愛くて気に入っていますが、前にもこのようなことがあったので、改善して欲しいです。

交換の対応最悪。あそこまで露骨に酷い対応されたのは初めて。勝手にキャンセルされ送料だけ取られた。

今回複数購入してそのうちの半分の商品が注文後にメーカーに在庫がない・入荷時期未定という理由でキャンセル。
注文来てからメーカー発注なので購入時に在庫有りになってても実際買えるかどうかは1週間くらい待たないとわからない。なので、結局欲しいもの買えるかは一か八かみたいなところがある。

結局一番目当てで欲しかったものは買えず、在庫有りの品も3週間ほどで到着。もう使わないかなという感じです。

新規会員登録で送料無料・初注文100円になると大々的に書いてありますが、結局なりませんでした。
初注文100円については、会員登録後に一度だけ自動で出てくる画面で商品一覧が表示され、そこでいいと思った商品をお気に入り登録してその画面を閉じると、それ以降新規会員登録特典の画面はどこを探しても見当たらずお気に入り登録にも商品が残っていませんでした。
送料無料については、上記の自動で一度だけ出て来た新規会員登録特典の画面に「送料無料」と書いてありましたが、クーポンにも入っておらず、注文すれば自動で送料無料になるかと思いましたが結局600円取られました。
一度だけ表示される新規会員登録特典画面に何か書いてあったのかもしれませんが、結局１つも特典は得られなかったので騙されました。

商品を誤発送されたので、交換の問い合わせをしたら無視。何回送っても無視。初めの問い合わせから10日後に返信があり、受け取りから7日以内のみ返品交換対応が可能とのことでした。その後もおかしいと何度も問い合わせましたが。図星を言われると無視するようです。

シインとかに比べてペラペラの服とかが来ないし、デザインも可愛い！安い！

発送で色々言われていますが、私はまだ一度もトラブル等起こったことはないですね。
待ち時間は長いですが、1カ月は見積もってシーズン前に頼むのを心がけてます。

海外から来るのでそこら辺はしょうがないかなと思ってます。
