### 1/5 — Updated “security” protocol makes this useless

The new version of this app signs you out of it almost immediately, requiring you to go through an outlook verification process everytime. That and frequent crashes makes this thing basically unusable

Grad students and professors cannot use this app so it is useless to me

I've hit a glitch after completing an online study. I was redirected to survey monkey to complete it, and did so. But now, whenever I open the app it takes me to the survey monkey website,and cannot look at any sona studies etc. there are no buttons to get me back to the sona page. This has happened to me before, but updating to the new version seemed to fix it, but there a no other new updates to install.

This app won't refresh the listing of studies available and every time I go to a sub menu other than "Studies", the app spams an error message that says "SESSION EXPIRED"

Would be fine, however it freezes when I try to select a time slot for a study. This one small bug unfortunately makes this app nearly useless

This app really needs to support researcher logins and functions. Researchers are the ones that need to use sona frequently, so it makes no sense that they aren't supported. I would totally use this app if it would support researchers.

Overall great concept! But can you not take the online studies on this app?! Everytime I click to sign up for a timeslot for an online study to try and take it a little loading circle appears in the middle of my screen but nothing ever happens past that. It will "load" for a while then eventually I get tired of waiting and close the app!

This is an excellent app for students whose institutions use the SONA system for surveying. As a researcher it is vital to make the experience as simple as possible for the student. Linked up to my participant account perfectly. Cannot wait to see a researcher update as it would make life much easier for me!! For what it has now its PERFECT
