The app says my email, mobile number, SSN, or driver’s license already exists, but I still cannot log in. I cannot reset or access my account. Please fix this issue. When individuals download the app and attempt to log in, they frequently encounter errors, technical glitches, or invalid login messages. That should be the core objective of your work. ### 1/5 — Too poor.... *2025-08-24* I register with everything, When i went to login apps told me invalid details. ### 1/5 — It’s a piece of c*** *2025-08-18, version 2.7* I have created the account with the app. It accepted the password and took me to the next screen to login. I used the credentials. And it says “Invalid details”. I had received a code on my email for email verification. However, I have not received any confirmation of account creation. I had tried multiple times without any luck. Then I used the reset password option. Instead of sending me a password reset link, it send me a hard coded password which is a big security risk. Yet, I could not login with my newly reset password. ### 1/5 — Frustrating and Unusable *2025-05-27, version 2.7* I downloaded this app hoping it would do what it promised, but it doesn't work at all. It crashes constantly, freezes on the loading screen, and half the features don’t even respond. I've tried reinstalling and updating, but nothing helps.
