When I send someone other than family its not necessary to know their address or mobile number etc. Many time I used taptap instead of this app just because I don't know all the required field it want me to fill even though the rate was higher. Highly recommended. ### 3/5 — Typical bureaucracy *2024-04-27, version 1.0.4* App seems to be ok. Unfortunately, I haven’t made a payment yet as there’s typical Bangladeshi style bureaucracy!! I send a significant amount each month to different people in BD by using TapTap send/ MoneyGram/ TransferWise or Remitely (whoever give better rate). All these ask for minimum information required to send money. However, in this App you will have to give the full address of the beneficiary. I don’t have time and energy to do so when I can send it just with phone number and name! Designer / decision makers needs to research the competitors. They seems to add all the possible field to stop someone thinking of using this app regularly!! ### 5/5 — Best Remittance App *2024-04-05, version 1.0.4* Great User Interface, easy to use app, very fast remittance, maintains a high rate compared to competitors and receivers also get a 5% bonus on top of what is sent. For someone who makes remittance transfers quite regularly, SonaliPay is easily my most preferred app now. If u have any choice then don’t send money via them. These are just few illiterate people got job after new government came without any qualifications. Specially the manager is really not qualified. I even told him, how to print using keyboard, but he never managed to do it. He must should not be in his position. We must boycott Sonali Pay in UK. Moreover, Sonali Pay is not a Sonali Bank company. I used TapTap Send for around 3 years to send money to Bangladesh 🇧🇩, but a friend recommended Sonali Pay and I’ve been using it recently. The best thing about Sonali Pay is the exchange rate, it’s usually better than most other services. The app is legitimate, reliable, and the transfers are always completed successfully. Sometimes it can be a little slower than TapTap Send, but the better rate makes it worth it for me. Overall, a trustworthy service with consistently great rates.
