My team is struggling to stay on top of it because we don’t have all day just to sit around and keep updating to schedule to see if something new is there ### 1/5 — Com Tech *2025-05-07* This app is awesome when it works which is about ten percent of my time. The other 90% of my time goes to trying to upload photos in Sonar ### 1/5 — App does not work as it should! *2025-01-17* Can't even upload pictures without being stuck in the offline mode! There's a ton more problems worth mentioning but I don't have the time as I spend most of it trying to finish my tickets while I wait for sonar to decide if it wants to work or not. Overall a terrible app and the web interface is clunky and you cannot view customer accounts and pictures without having to "download" them. If you are an employer, do not stress your workers with this monstrosity. ### 1/5 — Terrible *2024-10-15* If you open up your Gmail app, or your Facebook messenger app, all of your messages and emails are there and then the app will sync if some have been deleted or added from your main computer. However, with this app, when I’m connected to high-speed Internet, 50% of the time nothing is there when I open it. And the existing work orders only show up quickly about 50% of the time. Fix this app!! It’s just a database, not a graphic game. Really makes me wonder what kind of programmers you have over there. ### 2/5 — buggy needs love *2024-10-14* Sonar shows promise but the app is buggy and rarely gets updates. There are so many usability improvements that could be made on the app and the website but it’s rare to see them change anything. ### 1/5 — Limited utility *2024-08-19* The app doesn’t have an intuitive user interface, but is was better than using Sonar’s website accessed from a phone, which is absolutely terrible. A recent app software update made the app unusable on my iphone. The app now crashes immediately upon opening. I reached out to customer support, they are aware of the issue with the software update, have no estimated time of resolution, and a month later I still cannot use the app. This app is how my employer chooses to schedule me and provide job information. It is now useless for any employees that do not have recent generation smart phones. ### 1/5 — App Stopped Working. *2024-07-16* The app stopped working on my phone 4 days ago.I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled it but it will not open when I try on my iPhone. Please fix this issue! ### 1/5 — Constant “Offline Queue” *2024-06-28* This app is terrible, absolutely terrible. Maybe once a week this app runs smooth like it should but the rest of the time you’re sitting there burning up production time waiting on uploads while sitting in an offline queue. Absolute garbage.
