They respond almost immediately every time, and not only do they clearly answer my question, but they always offer to help me further, by telling me something they can do on their end to customize my experience and the way I may want to control certain functions of the app. They go above and beyond to keep their eye on anything I present to them, and they follow up without me having to check back in with them. Their product has worked flawlessly, and it has been my random questions that caused me to reach out each time, never because there was an issue with their product.
