I find the service otherwise fine when you’re using their VOIP hardwired units. But the app is so unreliable. It rarely catches phone calls. Sonar only rings occasionally and when you happen to catch a call it drops call. When I answer a call on my desk set Sonar app will keep ringing indefinitely. Had to remove from my smartphone and forward my calls direct to cellular. Hopefully you can streamline with just one app eventually. The negative reviews are a bit worrisome, but it looks like you are working hard to resolve technical issues. I just switched from another provider to net2phone, and my monthly cost has doubled, so don't disappoint me with this app. My business relies on it ### 3/5 — Drops calls - freezes *2020-07-28, version 2.0.4* I love this app when it works. But it often freezes up, drops my calls or simply won’t perform until I either log out or uninstall/reinstall. Very frustrating when working from home during covid. ### 2/5 — Not reliable *2021-02-28, version 3.0.3* My company acquired this when the pandemic hit as we’re all working from home, and it needs major upgrades. 99% of the calls I make through the app (or accept) are very poor audio quality, so I have to call everyone back using my own personal cell phone and block my number. Half the time my phone also doesn’t even ring and I get a notification that I have a missed call. I avoid using my work phone as much as possible because of this system. Just stick with video conferencing or blocking your cell phone #s when making calls.
