## What is Sonara?

FOR ANYONE WHO WANTS TO READ MORE

Reading time is hard to find. Sonara turns the text already in your life into private, on-device narration, so you can keep up when your eyes are busy or your day is full.

TURN TEXT INTO LISTENING

Paste an article, note, draft, or any other text. You can also share a readable web page from your browser. Sonara extracts the content and opens it in a focused Reader, ready for you to listen or read along.

START WITHOUT WAITING

Long articles do not have to wait until every word is processed. Sonara starts playing as soon as the first audio is ready while the rest continues in the background.

• Begin listening sooner
• Keep the article in its original order
• Continue reading while audio finishes preparing

STAY WITH THE WORDS

Listen when your eyes are busy or follow along in the Reader when you want to read. Your progress stays connected to the text, so you can pause, resume, seek, or return later without losing your place.

• Rewind or skip ahead 15 seconds
• Choose a comfortable speed from 1x to 2x
• Follow along with active-sentence highlighting
• Open the original web source when you need it

SAVE WHAT MATTERS

Some passages deserve a second look. Bookmark a sentence or selected passage and return to it later without changing your playback position.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN

Your reading stays on your device. Sonara keeps your source text, narration, playback position, voice, speed, and bookmarks together, so your content remains personal and ready when you are.

KEEP LISTENING YOUR WAY

Playback stays available as you move through Sonara.

• Continue listening across Library, Bookmarks, and Settings
• Control playback from your Lock Screen and Control Center
• Resume compatible narration without starting over

YOUR NEXT READING STARTS NOW

Add something you want to read, press play, and make room for more of the reading you care about.
