It was a little sketch having to put so much personal info tbh. So far, no backlash. I don't have issues with payments, it does take a day or 2, to finally say it's been paid even after taking money out of the bank but to me it's not a big deal. And no direct deposit from work needed. I only get paper checks so it's perfect. After a quite extensive search, I found Sonata Loans. The full amount for the loan isnt bad, not like other loan places where you pay your soul for that 100 you took out. They're also very forgiving! The grace period or extra time they give you is too good! Probably the most forgiving loan app or company there is out there. I love it. They also helped jump start my credit! THANK YOU JESUS ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — SCAM DO NOT USE *2023-03-05, version 1.1* This app is a scam, it takes your information to give it to other lenders even when you click “ don’t share my information” they do anyways. They run hard inquiries on your credit, yes my credit dropped twice after I put my information in twice. It claims it’s loading after approving you just for the app to stop loading and start you over. I wish I saw a review like this before downloading but don’t waste your time nor credit on this scam. I don’t even know how apple allows scams like this to even be affiliated with them. ### 1/5 — DANGEROUS App. Do not use!! Misleading! *2022-11-04, version 1.0* This App was very misleading. They are not a direct lender, but instead send your personal sensitive information to multiple outside vendors who ARE scams and are non accredited and who have NOT been vetted. Apple should not allow them on the App Store. I cancelled my account and soon as this happened and have a sea of scams trying to contact me for a loan. They are ALL emailing from personal odd emails and are not affiliated with actual loan companies. This App is dangerous for identity theft. (The best experience by far from the Apps in this arena was the company “Possible”. They were great if you are trying to find a company that is safe.) ### 1/5 — Don’t bother *2022-02-11, version 1.0* It is just like all the mother loan apps where you out in your information over and over and over and over and over and over and over again just to keep being routed to other “offers” where you out your information in over and over and over and over again…no approvals, no denies…nothing! Just constant input of information with no help or solutions. Then the random emails start and those are the same thing ### 1/5 — Scam (these other reviews look fake also) *2021-10-12, version 1.0* I fill the application out with ALL my personal information , mind you the whole application was already wierd looking but I tried to look pass it and continued it . After I finished it now I’m getting a lot of spam messages and emails from different loan companies saying I requested loans . Hopefully nun bad happen like they take money out my bank account cause I did put in that information too ### 1/5 — Rip off *2021-02-26, version 1.0* Definitely not going to take out this “pre approved” $550 loan just to end up having to repay 26 payments of $164 every two weeks which basically equates out to nearly $4000 in the end for a mere $550. This app has definitely scared me completely from trying to use any of these personal loan apps. Also, I was not shown the repayment option and interest rate until after a certain point and I am really hoping that there isn’t a deposit in my account tomorrow, otherwise I’ll have to choice but to change my account number or my bank all together because I do not agree to paying that much money over such a long period of time, and also for every two weeks. When I was about to apply I read that they were not going to check my credit, but I decided to read more the terms & conditions and guess what? They do check your credit, It could be a hard check or a soft check, but they do! I needed money days before I get paid (hurricane Dorian) so I downloaded the app. I applied and sent my info, waited 5 minutes for processing just for it to redirect me to yet another lender. After that the process starts over. It’s a way to be solicited for personal info. DONT USE THIS. I would’ve preferred to get rejected than to get played with.
