I have facing problem with sonata stride app Login issue. I have entered my mobile number in the 1st page but the shows invalid number so I couldn’t connect my watch to mobile. So plzzz solve this issue

Dear Developer, 
I am not able to register app in Vietnam, seems doesn't support this country.
Later I register it with my Indian number using in Vietnam, but the Bluetooth device is not fully functional & compatible with IPhone-13.

Stride automatically gets disconnected from pairing device and most features of stride are not working on iPhone-13 and it is working as a normal wrist watch.
Hope to hear solution on this problem.

I am using iPhone 5s. Not able to finding phone and camera option without starting application. If my application is close finding phone and camera option not working. Plz do the needful.

We are sorry for the trouble that you are facing with your watch. We would like to inform you that to run the phone finder and camera option feature the application needs to be running in the background or else you will not be able to use any feature available on the app.

Hi,
Love the watch and app interface but have a small bug. Watch keeps on vibrating in small intervals even though sedentary alarm is not set. Everything except the call is disabled still it vibrates. Even if I disconnect bluetooth and close app it still vibrates. Seems to be small bug please do the needful.
