I have to do this for work and its really stupid. how is me going ahh in to my phone checking anything. this is pointless and a waste of my time

I don’t know what this app is doing, but it’s got nothing to do with health. 

The “ exercises” do not work. They say to do something for 15 seconds but the timer is only 6 seconds. 

There is a volume indicator for the exercises... go ahead and yell at your phone, it doesn’t matter, because it’s still “too soft”

Should be a clue when the only languages
Offered are like 15 different southeast Asian languages as well as English. Seems very much cobbled together from something probably successful in another region and they quickly slapped English on it without actually testing to see if it worked. 

This is crap. Do not waste your time. 1/10 F-

So I’m going to guess the developer for this app decided that beside the point that’s it’s annoying to have to do it every morning to prove something that frankly is questionable, they’ll make it a tiny bit more annoying by having me logging in every single day. Really?! In this age of app development, is that something that just the cost of doing business? Sheesh….
