Le résultat est très aléatoire : parfois le visage ressemble au mien, mais la plupart du temps ce n’est pas du tout mon visage. La qualité est loin d’être au rendez-vous, et le playback est également très mal réalisé. En plus de cela, j’ai payé pour tester, et ce sera la première et la dernière fois. C’est inadmissible. Je pensais vraiment que cette application ferait l’affaire, mais j’aurais dû lire les avis avant de dépenser mon argent. Je ne la recommande pas du tout. The music videos come out terrible the direction is terrible. The lip syncing is terrible. Every single thing about this app is terrible on top of being extremely expensive use YouTube and find actual videos on how to generate AI music videos. Do not use this app to app is absolutely terrible and super expensive. ### 1/5 — Misleading Advertising – Do Not Waste Your Money *2026-07-31, version 2.2.3* I paid for this app because the advertisements showed a completely different product from what I actually received. After purchasing the subscription, I was required to pay again for credits. Only after spending more money did I discover that the generated video was nothing like the promotional videos. The result was just random animated images with almost no meaningful connection to my music, lyrics, or the style shown in the advertisements. It looked nothing like what I paid for. I requested a refund because I believe the advertising was misleading and did not match the actual product. My refund was denied. Based on my experience, I believe customers should be extremely careful before spending any money on this app. I deeply regret this purchase and I do not recommend it. ### 1/5 — Rip off *2026-07-30, version 2.2.3* I do not recommend paying for the yearly plan. You don’t receive any meaningful additional perks—no extra monthly coins or ongoing benefits. It’s essentially a one-time deal, and nearly every action costs 1,000 points, making it very expensive to use. The pricing and limitations were not clearly explained during the sign-up process, which I find misleading. Because of that, I will be disputing the charges. ### 1/5 — Terrible AI *2026-07-30, version 2.2.3* I tried it after using a different AI product. Cost was the same but Sondo was advertising more . I found the AI doesn’t know what to do with your hands. Vehicles drive backwards or have two front ends. Also the editing features are not simple to use. It’s extremely expensive and you have to buy additional credits just to complete one video. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!! ### 1/5 — Very Disappointing and Misleading *2026-07-28* I downloaded this app because the advertisements showed impressive AI-generated music videos. Unfortunately, my experience was completely different. First, I purchased the weekly subscription. After subscribing, I discovered that I still could not generate a video because I also had to purchase additional credits. This extra cost was not clear before I subscribed. After paying twice, I generated a video, but the result was extremely disappointing. The app simply placed my music over random animated images that had little or no connection to the song, lyrics, or theme. The final video looked nothing like the examples shown in the advertisements. The output quality was poor, the scenes were inconsistent, and the overall experience did not justify the money I spent. I have already requested a refund because I believe the product did not perform as advertised. I hope the developers improve the quality, make the pricing more transparent, and provide results that actually match the promotional videos. ### 1/5 — Could be better *2026-07-27, version 2.2.1* It has potential, way too expensive for a subscription and then on top of the subscription you have to buy more credits because it doesn’t give you enough to make an actual music video. A 30s clip is 220 credits and they give you 800. So a full song is like 900-1300 credits. The videos don’t come out even close to what the song would describe. Maybe we could get something decent from one of these apps if it didn’t cost so much. ### 1/5 — Update: credits are not being distributed monthly *2026-07-25, version 2.2.1* So I tried it and made a few videos before upgrading to a yearly subscription, but now it’s been two months since they released credits. If I can’t even try it out then how do I know I want to even pay for something like this? It’s funny they mention making videos from songs that you create using Suno and I’ve used that app to create a bunch of free songs. The fact that an image may have been generated, altered, or reproduced using AI does not itself establish permission to commercially exploit a real person’s recognizable likeness. I formally demand that Sondo CEASE AND DESIST from using my likeness and remove all instances of it from the app, its AI-generated content or outputs under Sondo’s control, advertisements, App Store materials, websites, social media, and other promotional or commercial materials. After generating only 10 minutes of video , my 8000 credits points ran out and now the app is asking for more money to make anymore videos. Paying 80 dollars for just 10 minutes of content makes no sense and this strict limits were completely omitted from the app description . Customer deserves transparent pricing before buying. J’ai choisi l’une d’entre elles simplement pour tester le service et j’ai payé environ 10 €. Mais après avoir payé et réalisé mon travail, je n’ai pas pu récupérer la vidéo que j’avais créée. À ce moment-là, l’application m’a demandé de payer une somme supplémentaire représentant plus de deux fois ce que j’avais déjà payé pour pouvoir obtenir mon travail. Je trouve cette pratique extrêmement trompeuse : on attire d’abord le client avec un abonnement à un prix relativement bas, puis, une fois qu’il a payé et créé son contenu, on lui réclame une somme beaucoup plus importante pour pouvoir réellement en profiter. Le client se retrouve alors devant deux possibilités : abandonner et perdre l’argent déjà payé, ou payer encore davantage pour récupérer son travail. Personnellement, j’ai vraiment eu le sentiment d’être pris en otage par ce système. Pour moi, cette façon de procéder est inacceptable et ressemble clairement à une arnaque. Si les coûts supplémentaires nécessaires pour récupérer ou utiliser une création ne sont pas clairement annoncés avant le paiement de l’abonnement, le consommateur est induit en erreur.
