## What is Sonelvia?

Make time for yourself with daily audio affirmations for calm, confidence, and a kinder inner voice.

Sonelvia brings supportive words to life with gentle voices, atmospheric sounds, and a little everyday magic. Set an intention in the morning, pause during a busy day, or wind down in the evening. Choose a practice, press play, and follow each phrase on screen.

FIND WORDS FOR WHAT YOU NEED
Explore 230 affirmation practices across 12 themes: calm, confidence, sleep, self-worth, rest, gratitude, relationships, motivation, self-care, money, letting go, and focus. Each practice brings together a sequence of phrases around a specific intention. Browse curated collections or return to your favorites.

MAKE THE SOUND YOURS
Choose from 12 voices and pair your practice with nature sounds, gentle ambient music, or rhythmic backgrounds. Set voice and background volume separately, and choose the pause between phrases. Want only the spoken words? Turn off the background sound.

YOUR WORDS. YOUR PRACTICE.
Write affirmations that feel personal to you and hear them spoken in a voice you choose. Create your own practice around the encouragement, intentions, and reminders you want to return to. Custom practices are included with Sonelvia Plus.

WATCH YOUR PRACTICE BLOOM
Set a weekly practice goal and watch your progress tree grow. Look back at recent weeks and celebrate the time you have made for yourself. Set reminders for the days and times that fit your routine.

KEEP YOUR DREAMS IN SIGHT
Create a Wish Map with up to 10 wishes. Add images and notes, organize what is in progress, and mark wishes as fulfilled. Keep what matters to you close, one small step at a time.

A LITTLE MAGIC EVERY DAY
Open your daily letter for a gentle message of encouragement and reflection. Take a moment to reconnect with yourself, wherever the day finds you.

START FREE
Every practice opens with a free preview: the first two phrases play without a subscription, and you can browse the whole app. Listen with a gentle voice and a background sound, or choose no background. With no background the spoken affirmations still play.
