I am missing points for previous stays but the app won’t let me send in the request for the missing points with out selecting the hotel from a drop down box or something, make sense but the problem is that there is not drop down box. So I can’t even send in the request. I instead tried to submit a request for help by emailing cooperate but the same this happened. The funny thing is that it said the hotel selection was optional when I tried to email cooperate but it still turned red and stopped me from sending the email. My daughter wrote the title letter for ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Terrible app *2026-07-29, version 1.4.0* This app is not user friendly ### 1/5 — the worst hotel to stay in *2026-01-18, version 1.3.9* I booked this hotel expecting a peaceful and uneventful stay, but my experience ended up being frustrating and expensive. 📍 Location and Check-in The hotel is well-located, and the reception staff was friendly upon arrival, but we started having problems from the very beginning. 💳 Hidden Charges & Unclear Billing Although the rate seemed reasonable when I booked, upon reviewing my statement, I found extra charges that were never mentioned: • A “service fee” that wasn't included in the confirmation. • A “security deposit” that was charged without warning. • Charges for “facility use” that I never used. Even after asking for an explanation, the receptionist couldn't explain why I had been charged these amounts. 📞 Poor Customer Service I tried contacting them several times to get a refund, but I received vague responses and, in some cases, no response at all. 🛏️ Room and Amenities The room was clean, but that doesn't compensate for the unexpected charges and the overall negative experience. The Wi-Fi was slow, and the breakfast was average, nothing special. ❗️Important Warning If you decide to book here, review every single item on the bill BEFORE paying and save all your emails/confirmations. Thank you for being dedicated to serving with confidence. It is truly a highlight to the Sonesta brand. I’m intrigued to know more. This is the best place to experience special vacay while away from home. It was just what I needed since there was a lot going on while rushing in from a very long drive and then literally had to run right back out to a meeting.
