Make international, high quality business calls at the cost of local calls.

The person you call sees your regular mobile phone number - or if you so
prefer - an international phone number that you buy from Sonetel.


How does the app work?

The app sets up a regular mobile call in your country, and another local
call in the destination country. The two calls are then automatically
bridged together via Sonetel's global network. This ensures excellent call
quality.

There are two call modes:
With “Call thru” your mobile automatically calls a local access number in
your country. 
With “Call back” Sonetel will instead call to your mobile.

We can call out of country and display our old number from that country as our caller id. Also we can receive calls on that number. Everything we needed after relocating.

Most of time when i start this app to make call it asks for password and when I typed in the right password it says incorrect password. But same password works for webpage login and it login in webpage Sonetel site. I think there is a bug in login which is not connecting with server for password check.

Avoid Sonetel, and avoid their services, here is why:

After you buy a number from them, your account will be limited instead of being premium. 

You will be surprised if their complicated acquires from you to reactivate your account, just after you buy a premium service from them. 

I regret I have made a payment for this silly service.

Seriously I never thought Sonetel will release a comprehensive app like this. All my time using Sonetel I have never used the app because I thought it was complicated. But now I can use Sonetel on my phone. The future I love most is where you can choose to show my mobile phone number or Sonetel phone number, this is superb thanks Sonetel.

To be truly useful this calling app needs to be able to connect via Wi-Fi to make an IDD call, not use a local call. 

I also expected the app to do many of the functions on my Sonetel dashboard, however it does not do any number handling at all

1.     “Call back” has been added as a new call mode. This means that the
app now can be used worldwide and not only in the +50 countries where
Sonetel has a local access number. With “Call back” Sonetel will call your

2.     Ability to show your regular mobile phone number to the person you
call. Showing your Sonetel phone number to the person you call is now
optional.
