I also expected the app to do many of the functions on my Sonetel dashboard, however it does not do any number handling at all ### 2/5 — Can’t create an account *2019-12-07* Great idea. Why can't I just use VOIP method to make a call? The app is great but because of the call mode I don't this this is useful. But same password works for webpage login and it login in webpage Sonetel site. I think there is a bug in login which is not connecting with server for password check. ### 1/5 — Stay away of this bad service *2021-03-01, version 1.3.1* Avoid Sonetel, and avoid their services, here is why: After you buy a number from them, your account will be limited instead of being premium. You will be surprised if their complicated acquires from you to reactivate your account, just after you buy a premium service from them. I regret I have made a payment for this silly service. Stay away and find an alternative, thanks ### 1/5 — Can’t make a call *2019-08-28, version 1.3.1* Very disappointed ! I can’t make a call, despite the fact that I purchased a number and the account was refilled and this after many tries. On top of this, when the call function will work one day, I have to pay the fees two time because there is only a call back option, despite that on their website they said that we can can choose between « call thru » where we will pay the regular fees and « call back » when the fees is twice. Receiving call on the purchased number work normally. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2018-10-16, version 1.3.1* Call through doesn’t work. That’s a big one. Other small bugs. Time to fix the app or remove it from the store. Doing neither is close to false advertising, Sonotel: you’re aware it doesn’t work and you continue to represent it as part of the services you charge for, even though the app itself is free. Tsk tsk tsk. ### 1/5 — Terrible *2018-08-01, version 1.3.1* Not only requested my American passport and local bills, which I provided, but that wasn’t enough to provide service. I am with my husband in Ukrsine now in the zone of military conflict with Russia, so I decided to purchase a phone number so my family and friends could call us. But NO, that did not fulfill “their regulations” and the also wanted to charge $2.00 for a refund of $2.49. And this is on the same day of purchase when one can jus void a transaction. Even after providing them will all the documents they needed, it still was not enough. Their customer service is horrendous and their app...oh my. Its funny when you look at reviews all over the internet, they are all negative but you have a random person in the middle saying "best service ever!!" Lol and usually their name is a random string of letters, proving just how lazy and scammy these people are.
