So you can’t win. Why bother if the dev never updates this game?! I’m honestly angry and heartbroken because this used to be my favorite game! Now I have to delete it. It’s a real shame! 😡😢 Btw: The new Bacon in Zane game is riddled with ads, so I think it’s safe to say I won’t be downloading this guy’s content again. played other games by this developer, like Bacon and Okay. Both were fun in concept, but Okay got hard way too quickly, and Bacon is loaded with ads! Original Review: Song of Bloom is very different! I read that it took a year and a half, and it shows! It’s very creative, but you may need a walkthrough, because it’s very confusing, even a little convoluted! But I played through the game twice now, and I absolutely love it! Just a couple of things that keep it from a 5 star game: 1) There’s a bug at the end (the final puzzle) where you put flowers on the tree. The game didn’t register that I’d finished the level, so it technically didn’t end the game lol! Please fix this bug! 2) The origami level with the red roof was very frustrating and took me way too long to finally do! Also, the puzzle where you “bloom” the flowers was very confusing and ultimately very aggravating! This game is not very forgiving at all! If there are more glitches, I’ll update this review, but other than what I’ve mentioned, the game runs pretty smoothly! The art and music are both incredible, and I definitely recommend you play Song of Bloom at least once - you’ll love it! Just know that it’s very short, maybe 45 minutes to an hour. Advice (maybe a mild spoiler): Make sure you’re near your phone or iPad charger before you play, you’ll need it! ### 4/5 — Wish it was longer! *2026-03-12, version 1.04* The only reason this isn’t a five star review is because it was so short. (This is 1 star for sorting purposes this game is a very easy 5 star in reality) TLDR; this game has a really cool visual style and the puzzles are unique. This game is incredible, from the insane variation in the art style ranging from drawings to photorealism and everything in between, it is very interesting to progress through and see the different things and details in the design. The puzzles, though sometimes quite frustrating are very unique and utilize an interesting mixture of external and internal forces, whether it’s plugging in your phone or drawing something out it presents it in a way that is unique. I have also seen a lot of reviews that there aren’t enough hints in the game, but from my experience, there are plentiful hints for you, and if all else fails there are always tutorials. All in all this game is very cheap for the interesting puzzles it brings to the table. PS.
