Ich kann mir meine Arbeit ohne diese wirklich sehr wertvolle Programm gar nicht mehr vorstellen. Hut ab! Und das nun angebotene „Sponsoring“ für jeweils 1 Jahr entrichte ich gern, um die Verbesserungen und Updates auch in Zukunft nutzen zu können. Ein großes Lob an die Entwickler für dieses tolle Tool. Rückfragen zu speziellen Funktionen wurden vom Support auch am Wochenende sehr schnell und präzise beantwortet. X . Einen besseren Service habe ich noch nicht erlebt. Auf der Bühne und Zuhause habe ich mit dieser App nie Probleme gehabt. Frühzeitige Hinweise vor IOS Major Updates, sollte es temporär damit zu Problemen kommen, sind inklusive. I’m an extensive user of this app. I’ve been paying for it for about 3 years now. The organization of my music is great on this app. I have about 12 hours of music and lyrics on my device, and I can easily find anything I want whenever I want it. Volume control from my Bluetooth pedal is great too! I play about 200 shows a year and i consider this money well spent. HOWEVER…. I recently (6 months ago) got a brand new iPad Pro. Now if I switch to another app like settings, Mail, notepad , or whatever; it will freeze the SONGBOOK PLUS app when I return to it. Not a huge glitch, but an annoyance as I get song requests and like to make notes during shows. I lived with it for a few months hoping it would go away. Then I contacted support. They asked me to explain the problem, then they replied that I was using it wrong, They told me not to switch to a different program while using the app. I answered that I understand how to work around it, but that I was curious if they had plans to fix it. They replied that it was Apple’s fault for updating the iOS so often and not theirs. Grrrr. None of my other apps have this problem with stability. SO IF YOU HAVE AN IPAD PRO, BE AWARE ITS NOT STABLE. other than that, it’s a great app. I wish I’d known this when I bought my iPad Pro. **Developer response:** Unfortunately, there is a known bug in Apple iOS that can cause the app to freeze when external audio hardware is connected or disconnected while the app is running. The freeze doesn't happen on all iPad models or with all audio hardware. We reported the bug to Apple in February 2022 and an Apple engineer even confirmed that there is a bug, but we are still waiting for a fix and don't get any information about progress. Switching to another app and back to SongBook+ should not cause any problem. The developer asked you for more information in the support ticket. Please answer it. ### 5/5 — Hervorragend *2023-04-08* Ich nutze die App jetzt schon ca sechs Jahre, alles super. Wünsche hätte ich trotzdem: Je nach Sortierwunsch sollte das Sortierkriterium 1 auf der Linken Seite stehen oder man macht auch das wahlweise. Seit meiner Gold Mitgliedschaft poppt immer kurz vor Ablauf des Monats eine Erinnerung auf, dass meine Version abgelaufen ist. Es ist die selbe Meldung, wie nach dem Ablauf der fünf Jahre. Das scheint mir unnötig und verwirrt. Neulich kam das direkt vor nem Gig, da erschrickt man erstmal... Songscrolling ohne Song Option, damit man das Metronom, aber nicht den hinterlegten Song hört. Ich behelfe mir aktuell mit dem Standard Metronom und scrolle hektisch mit der Hand. This is not a good app. Can quickly tell the developer cares more about making money than making a useful app for musicians. You should be able to add a format a song within moments and without any tutorial. Not the case here. I play in a cover band with a growing catalog of 100 plus tunes. Need an app to arrange set lists that have notes, chords, lyrics for many songs that’s easy for current and short notice substitute musicians to reference. This ain’t it. Can’t wait to see the goofball developers response. Shame on them for trying to take musicians money without even offering a decent product first. I have numerous MP4. And backing tracks that have scores on. This app will run them but it's taking up all my Storage on my device to do so. Got no help from their support when I requested a refund. Because it's not fit for use for what I require. I have more than 500 GB of files that I want to access. I can't run a live gig from iCloud storage. The problem is that avoiding an update is near impossible if you update all your apps at once as I did. I purchased this app some time ago and don’t need the update but had to purchase it to get my info back on my iPhone, I expect I’ll have to pay again to get the info back on my iPad. Solche Rückmeldungen motivieren uns sehr. ### 5/5 — Genos2 versus iPad Pro versus Songbook+ *2026-02-12, version 6.5.2* I think Songbook+ what I know of it is really Brilliant when you install it onto an iPad Pro and use the iPad Pro to communicate directional with a Genos2 Keyboard and the iPad Pro. However, I needed help from songbook+ the other day so I asked for a help ticker at songbook and yes they sent me a help ticket, the problem was that I suspect it was in German. Wouldn’t it be easier to simply advertise a phone number so that anyone could talk about the problem you have. Thanks ### 5/5 — Professionelles sehr zuverlässiges Noten Leseprogramm mit sehr gutem Support *2026-01-17* Es gibt mittlerweile viele Noten Darstellungs Programme. SongBook+ wirkt vom Design hier etwas altbacken aber genau das ist auch das gute an dem Programm. Ich benutze das Programm als Profi Musiker auf einem iPad Pro und habe es tatsächlich geschafft eine ältere Version von SongBook auf einem iPad 4 als Backup zu installieren und mit der selben Lizenz freizuschalten. Super, das spart wirklich Geld. Nachdem ich den Support wegen der fehlenden Funktion in Notizen angeschrieben hatte, kam kurze Zeit später tatsächlich ein Update mit der gewünschten Funktion, die beim Notizen machen natürlich sehr hilfreich ist. Wow Wichtig ist für mich auch, dass Import und Exportfunktion zwischen iPad und Mac vielseitig und gut funktionieren. Das funktioniert absolut robust und fehlerfrei. Auch von den vielen weiteren nützlichen Funktionen mache ich reichlich Gebrauch, auch wenn ich sicherlich noch nicht alle Möglichkeiten dieser umfangreichen aber trotzdem gut zu bedienenden App verwende.
