### 2/5 — Updated layout is horrible

*2026-08-01, version 11.2.0*

Scrolling through the concerts is way worse now because the titles and pictures are random. It makes it much harder to read since it is not consistent.

### 3/5 — Too late

*2026-07-25, version 11.1.0*

By the time I get a notice on song kick that a group I like will be close by, very few ditckets are remaining.

### 3/5 — Standing outside of a venture for a show that happened yesterday. RIP $25 uber ride.

*2026-07-22, version 11.1.0*

App used to work great.

Update to the app destroyed the flow of the user experience. The green toast message at the top is obnoxiously always in my way.

Ironically, “never miss a show”, turns into “why do I use this app if I have to consistently fact check it?”.

The dates aren’t verified for the artists, shows, or venues.

Using this app solely as your notification system is not viable. I will write my own application for my own concert and event scheduling.

### 4/5 — Share?

*2026-06-20, version 11.0.1*

There must be some A/B testing result that makes it so you can’t share a concert? They couldn’t miss this simple usage driving feature, right?

### 5/5 — Summer Vacay

*2026-06-12, version 11.0.0*

Really planning a good weekend & looking for music to enjoy ❤️

### 5/5 — Excelente

### 5/5 — One of the best

### 2/5 — No more Spotify scan!

*2026-06-11, version 11.0.0*

I loved this app so much and I would tell all my friends about it when I would get notifications for concerts. But now that Suno took over, you can’t scan your spotify library anymore. Idc that much about the AI aspect.

### 3/5 — Incorrect Information/ Delayed Notification

*2026-06-07, version 10.32.1*

Although the concept is great and I’ve been notified of some great artist that I’ve gone on to see Songkick has alerted me to artists that aren’t genuinely coming. A recent example is Asake. Asake is not coming to The Grosvenor in Manchester in July for £17!! The link takes you to a bingo night there which to me is misleading. There are also instances where I’ve been notified of an artist coming and I was already aware and in some cases had a ticket so the late notification could have meant I’d not seen the early pre sales

### 5/5 — Essential for anyone who likes going to gigs

*2026-06-03, version 10.32.1*

Can’t fault, keeps me updated. Link with Spotify useful and suggestions spot on.

### 2/5 — Search is dumb. Service itself is good

*2026-05-27, version 10.32.1*

When dumb decisions don’t follow established conventions - such as search icons performing search, NOT filter - you get frustrated users. Can you just make search placement and behaviour conform to the rest of the internet please! When I want to search I want to SEARCH, not filter the artist I already follow, but SEARCH - global - regardless of whether I already track them. Top of the app placement is global navigation and global search. Have you no smart designers onboard or are your decision makers uneducated? Other than that the service itself is great. Just that goddamn search annoys me every damn time. You’d get 5 starts if it were standard. As it is, it’s frustrating me so frequently you get 2

### 5/5 — Top

*2026-05-22*

Top

### 5/5 — Wrong location!!

*2026-05-17, version 10.32.1*

Thanks a lot! Drive 3 hours to the address you have and it’s the wrong location . We are from out of town and using uber. We are missing no the show. Piss off!!!

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Won’t connect Spotify

*2026-08-17, version 11.2.0*

Won’t connect Spotify

### 1/5 — Incredible app trashed!

*2026-08-08, version 11.2.0*

This app had been incredible for years! Why did you let some incompetent hack deploy something that no longer works?

Time to fire some people, and either hire competent people, or just put back what used to work and keep it unchanged and out of the hands of the incompetent.

### 1/5 — Late and useless

*2026-07-31, version 11.2.0*

Recommends artists that it says I’m tracking when I’ve never actually heard of the artist. Send notifications for upcoming gigs days later than other more reliable apps.

### 1/5 — New UI is an abomination

*2026-07-24, version 11.1.0*

They’ve made some UI changes that make the list of gigs extremely difficult to parse. It’s an accessibility nightmare, but I guess that’s what happens when you get acquired by a slop company.

### 1/5 — Sold out to AI Music

*2026-07-09, version 11.0.3*

Got the update that they sold out to the worst offender. Suno is in court for stealing multiple artists songs without their consent. Why do I want to support anything that is the antithesis of supporting REAL music artists?! Burn in hell.

### 1/5 — Cant add favorite artists

*2026-07-02*

I simply cannot add favorite artists after signing up

### 1/5 — Cheapened by AI

*2026-05-17, version 10.32.1*

I am disappointed in the lack of regard for the sanctity of music as an expression of the human spirit (i.e., emotions, experiences). Partnering with Suno is a lousy choice; you will reap what you sew.

### 1/5 — AI-canceling

*2026-05-16, version 10.32.1*

I’m deleting my account and app now that I heard they’re going to give all my data to AI and were bought by Suno the ai company

### 1/5 — Used to be good for live music

*2026-05-08, version 10.32.1*

It got bought by an AI music company. The whole point of the app is about seeing live music on stage performed by real humans.

### 1/5 — owned by Suno

*2026-05-08, version 10.32.1*

the company that’s built around stealing songs and using them to generate soulless imitations of music has bought a concert tracking app. disgusting.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Brisket

*2026-08-19, version 11.2.0*

Helps me see what’s in my area without much effort

### 5/5 — Best site to learn who is coming

*2026-08-10, version 11.2.0*

Best app/website to learn who is coming to town

### 5/5 — Amazing

*2026-08-07, version 11.2.0*

Probably the best app to track bands coming to your town. Turn on notifications, sink your Spotify , never
Miss a show

### 5/5 — Why remove the share link?

*2026-07-24, version 11.1.0*

I swear there used to be a share link on each concert, but that seems to have been removed? I want to ask friends if they want to go to a gig. Now I have to screen shot to share which doesn’t bring anyone else to your app. If I show I’m interested then I can share to Instagram only. Other social media exists. What a strange decision to remove a really useful feature.

### 5/5 — Xst

*2026-07-20, version 11.0.3*

Xtrue

### 5/5 — Doggy Daddy

*2026-07-16, version 11.0.3*

Great concert source

### 5/5 — Songkick or LEAVE!!!!

*2026-07-10, version 11.0.3*

I’ve been using this app for YEARS!!!! Always lets me know when my fav artists are coming near me, introduces me to new festivals, & gives me multiple options to purchase tickets so it’s really easy to compare prices. Literally the best app ever and I’m always introducing it to people. I know this sounds like an ad I promise it’s not I just really do love this app - hard to believe I know so many people without it.

### 5/5 — I love Songkick. there are a few things they could add :)

*2026-06-29, version 11.0.1*

Songkick is one of the best things ever created. As an autistic person who doesn’t use social media, it helps me stay in the loop. I love it SO MUCH and as a person who says live music is and incredibly large chunk of my life, I am eternally grateful to y’all for building it.

Some small recommendations or things that could be added:
-The ability to see which artists you’ve untracked.
-The ability to review artists that import from your music service before you start tracking them, and/or the ability to pick and choose which get pulled over before they are added to the artists list
-The ability for fans to suggest that a band may be on tour and/or enter show dates (on behalf of artists who don’t use Songkick)
-The ability to enter a band as a “must see” IE you would be willing to drive outside of your recommended location if they played (useful for bands who have broken up or are on hiatus)
-The ability to toggle festivals on and off, and for the “must see” feature to be able to include festivals from other areas that one might travel for

### 5/5 — It's the best app in the whole wide world for music it tells me when all of my favorite people are

*2026-06-25, version 11.0.1*

In town / where their playing at the location of their concert

### 5/5 — Concerts

*2026-06-24, version 11.0.1*

Love all the awesome concerts in Minnesota
