It doesn’t even matter if you backup it yourself, still resets. A quick google shows that it’s a common issue. If iCloud fails to load properly, it seems that the save file is reset back to zero and all keys and characters are lost. I would really love a response from the developer with a way to fix this issue in an otherwise entertaining game. There is a large selection of music to choose from, and the set up of the game moves very quickly. I would’ve given this game five stars if it were capable of keeping my information. As you play, you can unlock playlists and characters, however, all of that information has disappeared in my account half a dozen times.
