After hours of troubleshooting—even matching SongShift’s own exported TXT format—it would not import a single song. I reported the problem the same day I purchased it. The result? I’m out $39.99 for an annual subscription I have absolutely no use for. Honestly, it’s not too big of a deal but sometimes it’ll grab a song from a deluxe album when the version I have in my library already is from the original album. Other than that the app works PERFECTLY ### 1/5 — Wouldn’t transfer a single song!!! *2026-08-05, version 6.3.3* I even paid for the premium, but it just made a new playlist and didn’t copy a single song over. Asked for support, but didn’t get any.
