Apparently this app is not working at all and they never tried to fix it. Last update is three years ago.

I am one of the App to make it easier to input my time or just do things on Sonia that I needed to. So I downloaded it a few months earlier before my placement. But as soon as I got to my placement in March, and since I download it, I just can’t use app. I can’t click on anything. It’s so bugged out.

It’s a great concept to have a Sonia app but it will never let me click on anything. The hours and approved hours will update, then the app is just frozen and will not let you do anything.

App freezes whenever I open it if it’s updated, I’ll change my review to 5 stars. Can’t update my timesheets on mobile. Always have to open the website on laptop

App says I’m not connected to the internet when I am and I cannot access site even from mobile browser cause the certificate has been revoked. Means that when I need to use the app out and about, I cannot! Please urgently fix this!

Doesn’t work at all. Always saying it’s not connect to internet even tho I am connected to a working network. Tried to email but didn’t receive any response. Whoever wrote the five star review must be paid review :/

Already located my QR code on my laptop and ready to be scan. On my phone when I tap on the scan button in the app, it does nothing. Basically I can't use it. Very frustrating

App is going okay, had a problem for the last few weeks where the app is just frozen. I can’t click anything as soon as I log in. I’m hoping this is just a bug that can be fixed. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling, still doing the same.

Hey fellow students - this app is so cool and easy to use. An absolute must for anyone with a serious uni schedule. Highly recommended. Just get it.

There are some obvious bugs on my end, whether that be the platform, the school or the communication between the two but thus it’s annoying. When I go to put in a time I have to do it 3-4 times just so it saves on the system. Doesn’t push out alerts for supervisors either. 

Great concept, just needs tweaking.
