How you unlock powerful characters is through events but they usually don’t last long so to unlock as much as possible you either play it nonstop or pay money which can get annoying especially when in shows pop ups. This is a “I’ve got ten minutes before I have to leave for work and need something to fill in the time” game. I think there’s too many ads, and I can’t be the only one who gets ticked off whenever the game tries to offer me the “Tail’s Crate” every five seconds. The gameplay itself is pretty smooth, but not complicated at all. Really just Sonic Run, but multiplayer. (but can someone tell me for the love of everything on this planet how to unlock Super Shadow 😭😭😭) ### 2/5 — Potentially cool *2026-08-31, version 7.4.0* There is a very bad habit with this game treating the character balancing like a monetization scheme. They’d rather bait you into spending on something because it’s utterly oppressive, rather than making interesting and nuanced content that you willingly spend on. This creates a constant loop of overpowered release events followed by hefty nerfs. Your investments always feel wasted. And so many asks for more money. Singular purpose; designed to extract maximum money from users. A constant barrage of buy this, upgrade that. Terrible UI, button placement moving around to ensure users keep watching ads. Fun to play but not to experience. When i try to load a match with it it constantly disconnects me. I am beyond angry, i have had to forfeit 10 different matches which caused my 15 rsr card boosters to be WASTED. It’s so frustrating waiting months, only to see a balance patch full of irrelevant changes NOBODY asked for. Why do people bother sending feedback in your server? Nollie clearly doesn’t send it anywhere. Nobody looks. Nobody cares.
