The app defaults to all “Pause/Play” on both buds every time you open your controls settings. I would like to set the long hold control to skip ahead/go back, but the app only gives you the option to “Volume up” on both ear buds. What’s the point of that?? There’s no explanation of what “Game mode” is. What changes? Does it reduce battery life? Who knows. The find device feature seems nice, but I haven’t tested it to see if it works for both buds separately (or if it even works at all). One thing that I noticed is there is no marker for your current location and no “snap to location” option (either for your earbuds or your mobile device). And finally, there is not indicator to see how changed your earbud charging case is. You can see each bud, but not the case. Developers definitely need to make some changes for this app to be worthwhile. I bought these earbuds thinking I would have access to more customizable controls, but the app doesn’t seem to actually work. At the end it works, but the process is very buggy and painful to do. Using it in a “normal way” which would just work on both sides, only works on one random side every time. So while some music is playing, I have to manually turn them off, then back on only one side to apply any equalizer preset. Turn it off again, then turn back on the other side and re-apply the same equalizer preset. Turn it off, then turn both back on. If one day it is fixed so I could avoid doing all of that, I’ll change it to 5 stars. But for now I don’t think I’ll be getting my hopes up, because I contacted the support about a month ago and never got any sign of reply. ### 2/5 — Ads, ads, and more ads *2024-07-15, version 1.0.5* How many times do I have to see their ads?
