## What is SonicTonic?

SonicTonic uses sound and music to calm the mind and positively influence mental health. It was designed using the latest neurophysiological knowledge. As it requires no training or practice, it is easy to use and is very quick and effective.

It can be used to help extinguish thoughts, reduce stress, improve sleep, stimulate concentration and increase learning abilities. There are also Tonics that treat a number of other problems such as anxiety, phobias and general psychological problems.

Ich habe mir die free Versionen angeschaut, fand’s ganz cool und hab das Abo abgeschlossen. Und seitdem: geht Nix. Ich kann die App öffnen, kann auch eine Track auswählen und auf Play drücken und das war’s dann. Dann friert die App ein oder stürzt ganz ab. Alles schon probiert, neu geladen, Hand reset - nix.

I must admit that I wasn’t really expecting much. A friend recommended that I should try this app and I just didn’t want to disappoint him :-) I remember putting on the headphones and the next thing I knew I was waking up at 7 o’clock feeling refreshed and ready to go! Wow!

Wunderbare App. Ich habe ein Jahresabonnement gekauft, weil die Klänge und Übungen gut für mich passen. Leider funktioniert der Loop für die Verlängerung der Übungen nicht. Töne, Klänge, Atemübungen und Autogenes Training sind nur ca 10 Minuten lang, so dass man - gerade runter gekommen und im Flow - aus der Ruhephase raus wieder ans helle Handy-Display muss, in die App rein, zurück spulen und neu starten. Da stimmt die Preis-Leistung für 40 Euro/anno nicht.

Je nach dem gewünschten Ziel (Entspannung, Focus, einschlafen) bewegt die App in wenigen Minuten tatsächlich den gewünschten Effekt. Sehr gerne nutze ich sie für kleine Pausen auf der Arbeit. Der Support ist sehr freundlich und hat nach meiner Anfrage die Unterstützung für VoiceOver möglich gemacht. Das rechtfertigt für mich die fünf Sterne.

I have used this app for many years as a free user. I listen to the sleep music every night having it loop and play on repeat. Recently, the app forced me to update the app and the new update no longer allows me to repeat the song in the a loop unless I pay for the premium membership. I am low income so that's why I use the free content in the app but now I can't.
